The programme is held at Hotel Zaira in Skala Loutron. The hotel used to be an old oil-press factory built in 1909, and it was renovated into a full hotel complex. It is a historical stone building with 20 double fully-equipped rooms (some with a fireplace) which provide private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and mini-bar (refrigerator). The hotel has large spaces, where movie shows and cultural happenings are held for the students, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, used for the classes in traditional Greek Asia Minor cooking. Four well-lit rooms are used for the language and cultural lessons. In the beautiful courtyard and on the terrace, students can study at the seafront and can also meet native speakers for the Tandem lessons.

There is a bus passing by every hour linking the village with the capital Mitilini within about 20 minutes. Students can swim either right outside the hotel (Yera's Bay is regarded as one of the most beautiful places on the island and has two beaches with Blue Flags - two of the 12 on the whole island of Lesvos) or go to Charamida and to Agios Ermogenis, which are two of the most famous beaches, in a 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Since 2008 AEOLIS offers two cars to the students of the Programme, for the drive to Chraramida or Agios Ermogenis every afternoon after the lesson.
