** Language workshop includes language games, communication activities, presentations and lectures by Greek intellectuals, writers, artists, local politicians, and everyday people.
*** Cultural and educational activities include presentations on history, the arts and society, Greek dance lesson, Greek cookery class, cultural walks and visits.
THE FEES FOR ALL COURSES INCLUDE
• All the necessary educational materials
• Access to the Internet and to the Centre's video and music archives and small library
• Participants are accompanied by a staff member in order to follow the island's rich cultural life: feasts, concerts, public lectures, theatre, cinema, exhibitions, etc.
SPECIAL OFFERS and NOTES
• Former students of the Hellenic Culture Centre or Aeolis will be offered a 10% discount on any programme.
• Students who invite another student to attend one of our programmes will be offered an extra 5% discount.
• Early Booking Discount: 3% for all courses, 90 days before the beginning of each course
• THE DISCOUNTS ABOVE ARE NOT APPLIED TO PARTICIPANTS WITH GRANTS FROM THE LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMME
• Friends and relatives who accompany the participants are welcome to attend, if they wish, 4 hours of Greek Language instruction for beginners for free
• Friends and relatives who accompany the participants are welcome to participate in all the cultural/ educational activities included in the language programmes at a small cost
• Participants will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance
• Childcare as well as planning any other activities that the students are interested in can be arranged.
• Should you need travel insurance, please contact the secretariat for the extra cost
• Private lessons: Offered for all language levels, Legal and Financial Terminology, preparation for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek, Perfection Programme.
Cost: 40€/hour (Levels A1-C1)
50€/hour (C2 and all special courses)
Schedule: 11:30-13:30 or 16:30-18:30
